Southwest Grain is closed for Easter - Friday, Saturday and Sunday
SUBJECT: Providing Producers with "Production Evidence"
December 9, 2002 SWG adopted a policy for providing "Production Evidence" to our producers in a fair and equitable way. We will honor all requests for production information by providing a computer generated "listing" of "grain receipts" by Patron number for the requested period of time. This service to our patrons will be at "no charge" but must be subject to time availability (usually less than three days). In the event the Patron needs further documentation, such as copies of actual scale tickets, there will then be a minimum charge of $10.00 plus a per document charge of $.50/each (scale ticket). Producers may contact any SWG location for more information.
